ServiceNow Developer – ITSM Role description :   Role – ITSM ServiceNow Developer. Experience – 5 to 10 yrs Location – Across LTI Mindtree Pan India Work Mode – Hybrid Job Description:   5+ Experience on developing applications on ServiceNow platform Experience in ITSM and CMDB, Integration. Experience in HTML technologies including Javascript, HTML, CSS and AJAX, JQuery, Angular JS. Familiarity with SOA technologies including as REST, SOAP Good to have exposure to AI/ML, RPA or Virtual Agent technologies Understanding of application development on a cloud platform. Ability to gather and evaluate user requirements and prepare technical requirement documents. Desire to interact with many different software development teams to develop, unit test, deploy and improve on product performance, quality, security and stability. Experience with the agile methodology for software development teams. Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly Desire to seek continuous improvement in the software development life cycle. Strong understanding of software design patterns, algorithms and data structures. Software Quality Engineer Role description :   Role – Software Quality Engineer Experience – 2+ years of experience Location – Hyderabad Work Mode – Flexible Job Description:   ServiceNow QA resource will be responsible to test the user story based on acceptance criteria. Need to perform over all regression testing and prepare ATF scripts. Roles and Responsibilities of a ServiceNow ATF Quality Analyst: Test Planning and Strategy: • Develop and implement test plans and strategies for ServiceNow applications using the Automated Test Framework (ATF). • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and define test objectives.   Test Case Development: • Create, maintain, and execute automated test cases using ATF. • Ensure test cases cover functional, regression, and performance testing. Test Execution and Reporting: • Execute automated tests and analyze results. • Report defects and work with development teams to resolve issues. • Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders.   Continuous Improvement: • Identify opportunities to improve test processes and frameworks. • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and ATF enhancements. Collaboration and Communication: • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members. • Communicate test progress, results, and issues effectively.
